Join the campaign to abolish puppy mills and ban sale of farmed puppies in pet shops and online. There are several puppy mills right here in Lake Macquarie, and the Hunter. Never buy from backyard breeders (newspaper ads) or pet shops. Whenever a profit is made from the sale of pets, more and more will be bred. When so many pets are killed in pounds, we don't need deliberate breeding.

Thank you to PETQuarters pet shop in Glendale Supercentre, NSW for being a responsible, ethical shop and not selling puppies and kittens. Instead, they have some of our kittens available for adoption in their store, giving them valuable exposure. But the kittens are adopted through us, not sold.
